We repair televisions, home cinema and audio visual equipment.
Call VideoTechs on 0208 408 7575 for a free technical discussion of the fault that you are experiencing with your television. Ideally if you could have the make and model number of the television to hand this would be very useful.
You are welcome to bring in your equipment without booking - simply turn up during our working hours with the equipment and we will take it in for inspection and diagnosis.
Alternatively take advantage of our collection and delivery service - call us and arrange for one of our friendly teams to collect your equipment from home or work on a day convenient to you.
If you would like help tuning or a demonstration of how to use your equipment just book a call out and a qualified technician will come out to you and set up your equipment or demonstrate the functions.
Or if you cannot be without the equipment or it is not possible to remove the equipment from site then book an on site repair.

Once we are in receipt of your equipment our engineers will inspect and diagnose the fault and we will provide an estimate of repair to you if applicable.
When the estimate is accepted we will order the parts if necessary and upon their arrival will be fitted and the equipment tested. At any stage during the repair please contact us for an estimated lead time.
If the estimate is refused there are no additional charges to pay and if you had booked the delivery and collection service then we will deliver the unrepaired equipment back to you. Or we can dispose of the equipment for you free of charge.
If you would like a loan TV whilst your TV is being repaired then we can leave a loan screen with you (only available on delivery & collection service) for a charge of £25 which covers the duration of the repair. The loan TV will not be the same as your existing TV and may not be suitable for your wall bracketry.
