Delivery and Collection
Equipment collected directly from customers will be stowed in our collection vans within protective packaging that is carried in the vans. All equipment collected is insured against damage. An equipment collection receipt will be left indicating any marks or damage to the equipment prior to collection.
Equipment delivered in to VideoTechs by customers own courier should be parcelled securely to ensure no damage occurs during transit. VideoTechs make no guarantee to open and inspect packages within a minimum period of time as may be required by couriers, although we will make our best endeavours.

We will make every effort to ensure that you are without your product for the shortest possible time.
